When we first started this business, we had to make some critical decisions: Would we cut corners just to finish a project? Would we do second rate work in order to move onto making room for another client? The answer was a firm NO. Quite truthfully there were some difficult moments at the beginning of our business years back when we had to fulfill our contract even when the project went way over on time that we hadn’t properly accounted for (which lead to developing the approach we now follow). It wasn’t any fun doing a project that yielded about $2 an hour by the time the project was finished. But we were committed to finish what we started in a way that honored our agreement. We believe like a house built on a solid foundation, the starting point for our business must be delivering a product to our client that we’re proud of and that is built correctly.
