With so much opportunity to harvest the potential of the web, my619.com serves to enable businesses, non-profits and others to maximize their impact online. With a seemingly endless amount of options when it comes to choosing a firm for web design in San Diego, my619.com seeks to distinguish itself. How? By providing you with personal service on each project making the web design process very simple.
We realize that most people don't want to get weighed down with the details, but rather they want results. Don't worry, we speak your language and we won't burden you with cumbersome terminology. Though if you want more detailed information about how we do things, we'd be more than happy to provide you with that information as well. We listen to what our clients are saying and then we deliver the product custom made to your specific needs.
We don't want to mislead anyone into thinking we're a large design firm operating in an office here in San Diego. Our operation model is a "Team" of Web Designers throughout the U.S. that work together. It is one of our advantages that we run a lean operation with virtually no overhead (well, unless you factor in Starbucks coffee purchases)...we have no office to pay rent on, no staffing costs, etc. My619 is owned and operated by Kris Sarratt. He is based in San Diego. The rest of the team is spread out in Nashville, N.Y. and other places.
Here's an example of how things would operate if you worked with us:
A client calls My619. Kris Sarratt answers the phone and listens to what the client needs. He'll ask some further questions to gain more insight and then send over a basic proposal. If the client would like and is serious about working with My619, we can arrange a time to meet within the San Diego area. Often Kris meets potential clients at a local Starbucks in La Mesa where he is based.
After meeting or discussing things over the phone with the potential client, Kris turns to his team for their insight. If advanced custom programming is needed, Kris will turn to Charlie Madison for a quote to use his services for this component of the project. If the client is needing long term content creation, Kris will turn to Joe Marchelewski and get a quote for his services. If logo creation is needed, Kris will call upon Sam Barker for his services. Kris doesn't then turn around and double the team's cost for the client but gives you the client their services at cost. After all the proposal prices are put together by his various team members, Kris will give the client a final proposal price. Once the proposal is ironed out, we send over the contract and move forward from there.
Our model is simply this: Run Lean as a business with no overhead and no full-time staffing so we can pass the savings onto you the client.
Well, for starters, expect a streamlined approach of professionalism, quality customer support and attention to detail. We've been doing this for long enough to figure out a process that works from start to finish that covers all the bases.
We visit potential clients at their offices to sit down and discuss their needs. Most of our meetings take place at our "office" at Starbucks in La Mesa.
We have clients literally around the world. Location in this day and age is often irrelevant. Probably roughly half of our ongoing, repeat clients we've never met before. So if you're concerned about us not being near you geographically, just consider our testimonial section which is compromised of many clients we've never met face-to-face.
“We needed a content management system added to our existing site, and Kris did it quickly, effectively, and inexpensively. Most importantly, he understood what we needed, which made the project go very smoothly.”
